Stephanie O’Neill is a dedicated family law attorney at Garcia Law, LLC, licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School – Newark, where she actively participated in the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic, handling a variety of family law cases, including adoption, alimony, and equitable distribution. She also worked with the Courtroom Advocates Project, assisting financially disadvantaged domestic violence victims in obtaining protective orders.

Before law school, Ms. O’Neill graduated from Fairfield University in Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
